FAQ for PowerLeveling

A: We only need the login and password for power leveling. You can login your account anytime after you email us or call us then we will stop power leveling to let you login your account. Once the leveling service is done, we will notify you and we strongly suggest that you change the account password.

Q: How do you level my character?

A: We relies on strictly enforced internal policies to safeguard customer game accounts. Every single character is leveled by 2 master players that conduct him in an ethical manner in the game. It goes without macros, dupes, and game bug exploits, and other such foolishness will never be used. Your character will be leveled the safest way possible: by going through the grind. We also do some of the quests for you during the power leveling if not much time consuming.

Q: I have Serveral characters under the same game account; can I log in to play another character while you are leveling up one of my characters?

A: Our professional players do 24/7. Your login would interrupt our work, which may delay the powerleveling service or cause an important quest's failure. If you really need to log in please contact our support to set up a specific time so our players could quit for a while to let you log in.

Q: Is there any guarantee that i won't have my account stolen?

A: We understand that you may be nervous about letting us access your game account while leveling your character. Game account theft is a very real problem, thus we take the security of our customers' game accounts very seriously. In addition to the fact that we as a company would like to stay in business for more than a few weeks, you should take comfort in the fact that we only need your game id and password to level your character. Since you alone retain this vital information, your account is fully secure. Remember change your password when we finish powerleveling service.

Q: Will you level my professions as well?

A: Professions of your choice will be leveled during the power leveling. There won't be any guarantee what level will it be at the end of the pl service, but we will do as much as we can. (for example: you have 30 mining skill when pl start, if we find a copper vein in the area we're leveling your char, we will mine it. But if we find a iron vein which need higher mining skill, we will ignore it, we won't go back to lower level areas just for the professions since too much time consuming.) Professions leveling is a gift to our customers, no additional cost!

Q: All loots will stay on the character, right?

A: Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the power leveling. In addition, you will typically gain good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell useless items (like gray and bad green items) to vendors, put good ones (like rare or epic or good green gears) in bank.

Q: How fast you level up my character?

A: We need 13-16 days to complete 1-60 level up. The speed of level up depends on which class you want to be leveled up, Generally speaking the rogue and the hunter will be leveled up fastest. The paladin will be leveled up slowest.

Q: Will my characters other skills such as defense & attack be leveled? What about my trade skills?

A: Your character is actively fighting while gaining experience, not sitting on the side soaking up exp. So yes, your characters battle skills will be raised as we play your character. As for other skills (baking, blacksmithing, etc), we will level them as we can.

Q: I don't want my guild or friends to know that you are playing my character. What will you do?

A: They will see you as AFK and we will act so when they send you a tell. If you have any specific answers you would like us to use, please just let us know and we will be sure to use them. But it is still hard to avoid them to know you are using powerleveling service completely.

Q: Do I keep the money & items gained while you play my character?

A: YES! We, unlike other power leveling services, do not keep your gold or items.

Q: Can you give me a power leveling report during the process of powerleveling service?

A: Ok, no problem. We will keep you up to date on the process of your power leveling.

Q: Can I order part time service?

A: Sure. You can order both part time and full time service in the free power leveling service. You can order part time leveling and have time to play yourself on your own schedule or you may order full time and get your order done as fast as possible.

Q: Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

A: No! We will never do that.

Q : Are you affiliated with any other gaming companies?

A: No. We are an independent company that is 100% focused on providing services in massively multiplayer games. We have no affiliations with any game related companies at this time.

Q: What if the Blizzard Company bans my game account during your service?

A: If your game account is banned during our powerleveling service, please contact the Blizzard Company firstly to get your account back, we will try our best to assist you at the same time. If not, you can choose to refund or reset a character, and then we will rearrange your order. You had better transfer your golds which amount is over 1000g to the other place in the game except that we need your golds to level your skill of enchanting and tailoring.

Q: What if you finish my order ahead of the timeframe we have specified?

A: If there is still Serveral hours or days left, we cannot refund you. Because we have paid out the equivalent labor.

Q: If I terminate my order during the paid powerleveling service, could I get the remain unused funds refunded?

A: Impossible! Because we arrange the professional guys to finish your order, whether you choose to terminate or not, we still need to pay!
