| Corbantis got its name from a Republic Battle Cruiser that was infected by the Death Seed Plague, which killed all but 17 of its crew. These crew members managed to stay alive by exposing themselves to radiation (which incidentally killed off the death seed) in order to buy enough time for them to be rescued by Han Solo and Lando Calrissian. |
