| This quest is given by Tish Tickers after you complete the A Scrying Shame quest. He will grant you access to the Gnoll Cave, but you must first gather some ingredients from the Thundering Steppes for him. He needs: |
| - 5 Cursed Bone Marrow from Skeletal Troopers (-546, -11, +441) |
| - 3 Spirit Essences from Spirited Orbs (-609, -5, +527) |
| - 5 Imbued Bones from Varsoon Apprentices (outside of the Tomb of Varsoon at -672, -3, +708) |

| After this return to Tish for your reward. You get a necklace and access to the Gnoll Cave in Thundering Steppes (-206, +14, +182). |
