How did you choose your character's name?
Well, I had this name in EverQuest 2 as well. It was just something that sounded nice when that game went into Beta, and I've been using it still.

How many alts to you play? What level and class are they?
A bunch. Got a level 20 druid, level 15 bard, level 14 psionicist, level 6 disciple and a level 3 ranger as well.

How long have you been playing Vanguard?
Since February '07.

How long is your typical gaming session?
Ranging somewhere from 2 to 8 hours. Depends on when I start.

Do you craft or participate in Diplomacy?
Both, and I think they're both very nice systems. I'm mostly doing tier 1 diplomacy for my guild currently.

Tell us about your most memorable experience in Vanguard:
When my druid and I went exploring the boat wreck near Lomshir, and found the temple that lies underneath. We were full of awe, and had a great time exploring it.

What are some of your other hobbies or interests outside of Vanguard?
Well, I still play a lot of games aside from Vanguard. You can still find me in EQ2 or Planetside once in a while, and recently Bioshock got some of my interest as well. Outside of games, I enjoy programming and making signatures as well. Going outside of the computer in general, I've been thinking about picking Scuba diving back up, or picking up archery.

I also enjoy going to fantasy fairs. There's a big one over here that goes by the name "Elf Fantasy Fair". It's probably one of the bigger ones in Europe. That's also where I picked up the cloak I was wearing at Fan Faire.

What type of work do you do, and what would be your dream job?
I'm currently studying to become a programmer, and hopefully it'll be in the gaming industry.

If you could acquire one of your character's spells or abilities in real life, what would it be and why?
That would be either levitation or evacuation. Just for those times when you want to be somewhere else ;)

Didn't you hear us during Fan Faire? ARRR!!!

If you had to create an NPC version of yourself, what would it be?
It would be a quiet NPC that'd suddenly be very helpful during a long and tough quest. You will probably find me in Leth Nurae, though it would be a Thestran Human (a tall one at that). For class I think I will go with Sorceror.

What's your favorite zone in the game and why?
There's so many times I went: Wow, this is just great. I think I'll have to go for the dungeon right south-east of Tursh, the Riftseeker's Torrent. The teleporter system to get in there that requires you to say the password to get in is pretty neat. The big outdoor area that's in there was really unexpected. Had a great time hunting there with some of my guildees.

Do you run or work for a Vanguard Fan Site?
Not for a Fan Site, but I do some voluntary work for a gaming community called GameClubCentral. Also I am one of the council members for an event alliance called The League ( http://www.mmo-league.org ), which helps players and guilds explore content they normally could not access by themselves. In EQ2 it's a big success, and we've also got a chapter going in Vanguard as well.
